Ballistic Gear Drives Limited Warranty (Non-Commercial Use Only)

Ballistic Drives warrants the original purchaser of its gear reduction products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship of the product when used in normal operations for private use ONLY, with the following exceptions:

Commercial Use: Warranty is the same as above with the exception of the length of time, which is reduced to (90) days or 200hrs of use.

WARRANTY BECOMES NULL AND VOID IF:

1. The product is attached to power systems using Nitrous Oxide (any HP) or boosted engines exceeding 1000HP, or any other fuels including additives such as Alcohol or Nitro-methane.

2. The product is attached to any air driven boat, airplane or vehicle used in racing application.

3. The product has not received recommended routine maintenance.

4. The product’s serial identification tag has been defaced or altered in any way.

5. The product is used during sub-standard conditions (extreme hot/cold) without proper lubrication.

Ballistic Drives assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or lack of on-going maintenance (as provided in owner’s manual). During the limited warranty period, covered defects will be repaired or the product replaced at the option of the manufacturer without charge to the customer if the product is shipped prepaid to:

Ballistic Drives shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, property damage, or any special incidental, contingent or consequential damages resulting from any product failure. The exclusive remedy for any liability of the manufacturer in any case is the repair or replacement of the product or the return of the purchase price, at the option of the manufacturer.
